Publishing

Once a report has been designed, the user has a range of options to share his report with internal or external users. BristolReport brings ease and flexibility to publish custom Business Management Reports to a community of users. Based on page dimensions (Geography, SBU, Product…) an end-user can select to automatically execute a report for each of the dimension page members and either :

• Create a file in his preferred format (XLS, HTML…)
  Files are created in one or multiple folders, based on members or properties names. Tree views are generated to include easy navigation on a Web site.
• Advise a user of the availability of his report.
• Send immediately the report by mail.
• Publish to Microsoft Reporting Services.
  Hierarchies of Folders and Documents are created within Microsoft Reporting Services.
  BristolReport was already Web Service enabled to access the data in the cubes using XMLA. Leveraging this same technology, the report is sent to Reporting Services in the RDL format through the Reporting Services Web Service. The user selects between publishing dynamic live reports or snapshot reports.

BristolPublisher

BristolPublisher is a ready to use application. BristolPublisher automates the execution and dispatching of reports, using any of the described options to efficiently deliver Business Management Reports to the consumers.
